Choose your carrier below to access your payment options. Please note that policy access over the Internet varies by company. In order to provide you with the level of security required to protect you online, some carriers may require registration.

Click here to pay your Mercury Insurance Group bill online. Payment options include Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please note that in order to pay your bill online, you will need your policy number and your customer ID number. Your customer ID number is printed under your name and address on your policy declaration page. Please contact our office if you have any questions.

Contact the Mercury Insurance Group Customer Service Center at (800) 503-3724. Mercury Billing Specialists are available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 9 pm, and Saturdays from 11 am to 8 pm ET. They accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Check by Phone. For service outside these hours, Mercury offers an automated billing system at (888) 637-2176 which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Please note that you will need to register for MetLife E-Service to pay your bill online. Have your declaration page available to verify policy information.
